• Be responsible for activity under your account

5. Use of the Platform

You may:

• Generate policies
• Store templates and documents
• Invite staff
• Download and export content

You may not:

• Copy or resell the Service
• Reverse-engineer the platform
• Upload unlawful or harmful data
• Use the Service for high-risk, illegal, or harmful activities

6. AI-Generated Content

PoliSync.ai does not provide legal advice, and generated content should be reviewed by qualified legal or compliance professionals before use.

AI outputs are automatically generated and intended as starting points. They are not guaranteed to be legally complete or accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

7. Plans, Billing and Refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Billing is handled by Stripe
• You may cancel anytime before renewal
• Refunds are not guaranteed once a billing cycle begins

8. Credits System

Plans may include usage credits for generating content. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

• Platform design, code, and templates belong to CogniOps Studio Ltd
• Users retain rights to content they upload
• AI-generated content is assigned to the workspace owner

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breaches of these Terms
• Abuse, fraud, or security risks
• Non-payment

Users may request closure at any time.

11. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

• Downtime or service interruptions

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
